Eleyo works hard to make life easier for those who use our software. A new feature recently introduced is the Child Care Site Dashboard. This dashboard provides both administrative and site staff a summary of current and upcoming attendance including upcoming schedule changes, total scheduled versus attended children, as well as a timeline of actual versus trend data of attendance over a 24-hour period.
The new Child Care Site Dashboard allows staff to do the following:
- View upcoming schedule changes to current student contracts and new upcoming contracts.
- View total count of students currently signed in on the Child Care iPad Attendance App.
- Understand trends for heavy sign-in and sign-out periods.

The Child Care Site Dashboard helps both administrators and site staff monitor child attendance and staffing needs for each child care site.
How do I get the Child Care Site Dashboard for my program?
Programs using Eleyo to manage their child care sites have access to the Eleyo Child Care Attendance App. If your sites are not already using the app, select here to learn how to install the app on your site’s iPads.
